What if my employer isn't in your database?
Submit anyway. Most companies match charitable donations even if their program isn't widely advertised. Our team will research your employer's policy within two business days and follow up with a complete toolkit tailored to their requirements.
How long do I have to submit a match request?
Most employer programs require submission within 12 months of the original donation date. The toolkit we email you includes your specific deadline based on your donation date.
Will I receive a tax receipt for both donations?
Yes for your personal donation. The employer's match is filed as a separate corporate gift and is not included on your personal tax receipt. Your HR team handles that filing.
I'm retired or self-employed. Does this still apply?
Some retiree programs and self-employed/LLC structures do offer matching. Submit and we'll research your specific case. If matching isn't available, we'll let you know within two business days.
What information will NFTDRF share with my employer?
Only what's required to validate the match: our 501(c)(3) status, EIN, legal name, address, and confirmation that you donated the stated amount on the stated date. We never share other donor information.
