24/7 Family Helpline

Any hour. Any night. Our helpline is staffed by trained volunteers who understand what it means to lose a truck driver — because many of them have lived it.

Free. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Who answers when you call.

Our helpline is not a call center. It is not a triage desk that routes you to a voicemail box. When you call, you speak with a trained volunteer who has gone through our crisis support certification program.

Many of our volunteers are themselves family members of fallen drivers. They know the specific weight of this kind of loss. They know what questions families have at 2am that they can't ask anyone else. They know because they asked the same questions.

Our volunteers can't replace professional counseling — and we tell them that clearly. What they can do is listen without judgment, explain your options, connect you to our program team, and stay on the phone as long as you need them to.

What to call about.

You just received notification of a driver's death and don't know what to do next.

You need information about emergency financial assistance.

You're a month out from the loss and struggling more, not less.

You want to talk to someone who understands the trucking life.

You're a family member supporting a grieving spouse or child and need guidance.

You're a coworker, dispatcher, or fleet manager who wants to know how to help.

It's 3am and you just need to talk to someone.

CALL ANYTIME

If you need support right now, don't wait.

You don't have to have the right words. You don't have to know what you need. Just call.

Volunteer for the helpline.

If you've experienced the loss of a professional driver — or if you have a background in crisis support, social work, or family advocacy — we want to hear from you. Volunteers complete a 12-hour certification program and commit to a minimum of 2 shifts per month.
